In a blistering statement, New York’s top cop, Eric T. Schneiderman, called Donald Trump’s reported new Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) chief, Scott Pruitt “dangerous” and “unqualified” and vowed fight to “protect our nation’s air and water.”
